Beginning in 2010, the Strengthening Communities Initiative, a special initiative funded through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, will help strengthen central Minnesota nonprofits that serve families in economic distress.
Each organization in the program is receiving varying levels of training, targeted one-on-one technical assistance and financial awards.
