Our Healthy Organizations Partnership program provides information, resources, training and support for nonprofits seeking to maximize their effectiveness and impact. Since the beginning of 2010, the HOP program has embarked on a special two-year initiative - the Strengthening Communities Initiative is helping to strengthen central Minnesota nonprofits that serve families in economic distress.
