Take US Hwy. 10 to MN Hwy. 23 West. Turn right at the 4th Ave.
S. stoplight. The Civic Center is two blocks down on the right.

From I-94 and MN Hwy. 15
Take I-94 to the second St. Cloud exit, MN Hwy. 15. Turn right at
stoplight marked MN Hwy. 23 East (Division Street). Proceed
approximately two miles to the 4th Ave. S. stoplight. Turn left.
The Civic Center is two blocks down on the right.
