Room Rental
The Initiative Foundation's two spacious meeting rooms are available for businesses, nonprofit organizations and community groups.
It is our desire to be good hosts as well as good stewards of this property so that we can preserve it for future community use. Our meeting rooms are located across from the Mississippi River and Maple Island Park. Our convenient location is walking distance to downtown Little Falls, which has several shops and restaurants.
