Room Rental

Initiative Foundation Exterior

The Initiative Foundation's two spacious meeting rooms are available for businesses, nonprofit organizations and community groups.

Maple Island Park and the Mississippi River are across the street from our building while numerous downtown Little Falls shops and restaurants are just a few short blocks away.

Nominal rental fees include the use of tables, chairs, easels, portable screens, sound system with microphones, extension cords and access to the serving kitchen and restrooms. The following are also available for additional fees.
