Room Rental

Initiative Foundation Exterior

The Initiative Foundation's two spacious meeting rooms are available for businesses, nonprofit organizations and community groups.

It is our desire to be good hosts as well as good stewards of this property so that we can preserve it for future community use. Our meeting rooms are located across from the Mississippi River and Maple Island Park. Our convenient location is walking distance to downtown Little Falls, which has several shops and restaurants.

Services include public WiFi, the use of tables, chairs, easels (not including easel paper), extension cords, and restrooms. Foundation staff are unable to provide technical assistance for non-Foundation equipment. Access to the catering kitchen is included in the Prairie room rental, only. Coffee urns (30 cup or 90 cup) are available for use. Please bring your own coffee grounds, filters, tea bags, cups, napkins, plates and flatware.
