Learn How to Find Data for Your Community
January 23, 2019
The Initiative Foundation and Minnesota Compass invite you to learn about the Minnesota Compass Build Your Own Statewide Data Tool and how to access data for your city, county, school district, legislative district and more.
Minnesota Compass staff traveled across the state in 2017, listening to ways in which they could improve data and tools for Greater Minnesota. In July 2018, the Build Your Own Statewide Data Tool was launched.
Minnesota Compass wants to help you plan for the future, set better policy and ensure wise use of resources for generations to come. If you serve on a school board, a city or county board, a nonprofit organization or social service or healthcare organization, this session is for you.
Join us to learn more about the data tool and current demographic trends for Central Minnesota.
When: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20
Where: Great River Regional Library, St. Cloud, Mississippi Room
The event is free. Lunch is provided. Registration is required.
