Staffing Changes Usher In New Opportunities
November 26, 2013
Changes is in the air at the Initiative Foundation. Some are new staff additions, and some are departures. Each change represents new opportunity for the Foundation and for each individual team member.
While saying goodbye to long-serving and cherished team members is always hard, we recognize that each departing employee was recruited to pursue impressive career advancement opportunities. We think that’s a testament to the quality of our organization and the professionalism of our staff.
